The agile processing of complaints and claims from the population is the priority of the Citizen Services Department of the Villa Clara Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, which makes numerous avenues available to the public to proceed with any violation of rights.
Among them, the following stand out: personal attention, letters that are deposited in the citizen’s mailbox, social networks and institutional Facebook profiles, postal correspondence, email and the single line.
Yusel Rodríguez Reyes, chief prosecutor of the citizen service department of the Villa Clara Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, explained that there is a space for checking the procedures associated with the resolution of complaints and claims.
He also stated that one of the essential steps in this process constitutes the exhaustive review of the fiscal body’s response.
