The execution of project 3 Capacity Building for Sustainable Financial Mechanisms/Sustainable Land Management in Forest Ecosystems and Livestock Areas (CPP OP-15) included the use of specialized agrometeorological information in the intervention areas, which generated impacts in different areas. Based on this action, the objective was to present the model developed for estimating the impacts of the introduction of services for agrometeorological surveillance in agricultural producers and show its possibilities through case studies. The proposed method was based on objective assessment and the period adopted for the analyzes was equal to the years after the introduction and use of agrometeorological services. A baseline was established based on the diagnosis in the areas and economic, environmental and social indicators were selected. To value these, techniques such as the estimation of gross benefits, avoided or induced costs and willingness to pay (contingent valuation) were used in the case of economic ones. It was observed that the design of the services had to be adjusted according to the perceived singularities and a manual was prepared to describe the proposed methodology.
