From January 30 to February 1, the Association and the Ornithology Cooperative in Santa Clara, resumes the organization of the provincial bird exhibition.
According to its president, Frank Rodríguez Cárdenas, this event will occupy the areas of said institution in the capital of Villa Clara with the aim of being able to transmit the love for birds, respect for nature and the environment. Likewise, to promote the work of cohesion between all breeders, in this activity provided for in its regulations, while contributing to reinforce education on breeding in captivity. During Friday 31, from nine in the morning to one in the afternoon, attendees will be able to enjoy the exhibition of the participating birds.
This event is a meeting place for ornithology enthusiasts, where they can exchange knowledge and admire the birds.
And on Saturday, February 1st, the program will come to an end with a set of trophies that will be awarded to the winners of the exhibition of the best specimens in the different categories.
According to the association’s regulations, these events are held based on the principles of grouping together bird breeders, both for ornamental use, as well as for recreational and social purposes in a healthy and protected environment. In addition, they bring together fans dedicated to breeding ornamental birds with a fundamentally recreational and competitive purpose. (Ramón Avalos Rodríguez)
