ACTIVITIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL CULTURE IN PEDAGOGICAL TRAINING.

SUMMARY
The work addresses a problem of interest at present: Environmental Education in the comprehensive preparation of our students in pedagogical careers, with emphasis on the Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education so that they acquire an environmental culture necessary for their future profession and put into practice the curricular and extracurricular activities in their schools. Taking into account the aforementioned, activities were designed with the objective of contributing to the development of this culture and that through them they can be linked with some of the subjects that contemplate the study plans of the career, within them is the Optional I, that is, Challenges and Perspectives of the UNESCO Associated Schools Network, a discipline that has as one of its contents: Study of the Sustainable Development objectives (2015-2030). This work responds to a professional experience, being put into practice in our Municipal University Center, where positive results have been obtained in order to care for and protect the environment since its formation, taking into account this transversal axis and thus promoting environmental awareness.
