 Summary

Climate change, one of humanity’s most important concerns, has risen in recent years with the intensification of numerous problems that affect society. For this reason, the author of the research set out the objective of designing an Environmental Education strategy for Physical Recreation to improve the implementation of the Life Task in the “Mártires Barbados” Sports Complex. The strategy responds to the need to prepare Physical Recreation teachers at the “Mártires de Barbados” Sports Complex so that they can face environmental phenomena in the community and contribute to the formation of environmental awareness. The actions of the strategy were made in a pleasant way and appropriate to the lack of knowledge of the selected sample. For the validation, the specialist criteria and the user criteria were used, which allowed us to verify the results of the effectiveness of the strategy. The changes obtained from the teachers of the sample, is given from their preparation, which demonstrates the validity of the strategy of Environmental Education of Physical Recreation for the implementation of the Life Task.
