SUMMARY

The work “Environmental Strategy for the conservation of flora and fauna in rural habitats. Turquino Bamburanao Plan” shows an educational strategy that involves the Popular Councils, MINED and the University to contribute to the conservation of the environment, flora and fauna from the rural habitat of the Turquino Bamburanao Plan, for which he applied investigative methods such as observation , the interview and the survey in a sample of 43 families that implies a population of 335 inhabitants who live in these intricate areas of the municipality of Remedios, the work reveals results in changes in the modes of action of the inhabitants, in terms of the elimination of species in captivity that are endemic to the area, greater participation of the population in the care and conservation of endangered plants, creating orchards of these plants for the reforestation of the area and a high level of knowledge about the importance of conservation of the environment and its sustainability in the mountainous massif of the Plan Turquino Bamburanao.
