During these days in Cuba, the application of the second doses of the anti-COVID-19 vaccine candidates, Soberana 02 and Abdala, in their third phases of trials.
Although the vaccination has not been extended to Villa Clara, a daughter of this land has already received the first dose of it from Abdala. She is Nadia Rodríguez Rodríguez, a native of Placetas municipality and a worker at the Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology of Cuba (CIGB)
